We are delighted to have appointed Louisa Jones as Social Value Manager, creating a unique role that will further our community initiatives and help us continue doing business differently. Instead of focusing purely on targets and profit, we put our local community first. We call this style of business ‘The Warwick Way’.
This new role will drive forward our commitment to creating positive change. As Social Value Manager, Louisa will oversee everything from local employment initiatives to charity partnerships, ensuring that ‘The Warwick Way’ continues to grow.
“Around 12 months ago, at a Liverpool Chamber event, I watched Louisa deliver a speech to business leaders of the city, and it blew me away,” says Managing Director Greg Johnson. “I knew she had a fantastic future ahead of her, and I’m delighted that future is with us at Warwick.”
The role builds on our existing community work, which includes partnerships with workforce organisations Nobody Left Behind and Inside Connections and a £25,000 donation to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. Louisa will develop these relationships while creating new opportunities for social change across Liverpool.
“What a privilege to work for such a socially minded business,” says Louisa. “Greg’s vision to see Warwick North West support those most in need has been shining through the business community for the last few years. My time with the team so far has shown just how dedicated they all are to excellence in all they do.”
Louisa’s appointment reinforces our dedication to doing business differently. “With her wealth of experience and passion for creating positive change, Louisa is set to bring tremendous value to our social initiatives,” adds Greg. “We’re excited to see what 2025 brings and the impact we can make in our community.”
