Warwick North West Director Greg Johnson discusses pioneering growth, innovation and social responsibility in an ever-evolving market…
Warwick North West, a leading name in the industry, is making waves with its remarkable journey of growth, innovation, and commitment to social responsibility.
Since our inception in 1998, we’ve been at the forefront of providing high quality Eurocell uPVC windows and doors. Over the years, we’ve expanded our product range to include premium Eurocell products and introduced an in-house IGU manufacturing unit, streamlining processes for our valued customers.
In 2015, we underwent a rebranding to Warwick North West, signalling a new era, and in 2018, the expansion into the aluminium market marked a significant milestone, with the introduction of high-performance bi-fold doors.
A major leap for Warwick North West in the last 18 months has been the further expansion of aluminium products. Partnering with industry leaders Sheerline and Cortizo, we’ve grown our offerings, providing new opportunities for existing customers and attracting a broader clientele.
Despite industry challenges, we’ve maintained robust sales figures and profit margins, surpassing expectations in a difficult market.
Strategic investments, including the acquisition of an additional 40,000 square foot manufacturing space and substantial machinery upgrades, have positioned us for continued success, with a projected turnover exceeding £12 million by the end of the financial year.
Partnerships and community engagement
Beyond business success, Warwick North West is dedicated to making a positive impact on the community. We have strategically partnered with workforce organisations Nobody Left Behind and Inside Connections, addressing the industry’s skills shortage by providing training and creating employment opportunities for young people and individuals at risk.
Additionally, we collaborate with the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, leveraging valuable market intelligence and establishing connections to accelerate business growth.
Our commitment to community welfare extends to partnerships with charities Ykids and Alder Hey Children’s Charity, demonstrating a holistic approach to corporate social responsibility.
Looking to the future
Looking back, Warwick North West’s journey stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and social responsibility. From our roots in 1998 to our current position as an industry powerhouse, we have continuously adapted and expanded our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
The strategic foray into the aluminium market, coupled with key partnerships and community engagements, reflects our holistic approach to business, and despite industry challenges, we not only weathered the storm, but emerged stronger.
As we look ahead, we are poised for the challenges of the ever-evolving market, approaching the future with resilience, forward-thinking, and an unwavering commitment to innovation and success.
